RBC has grown a name in custom and bespoke cycling shoes and skating boots because we care about each pair that leave our factory.

No two pairs or RBC Sport shoes or boots are the same from customer to customer. We understand that cyclists and skaters are individuals, and with each order we ask a series of questions to determine exactly what you want, need and like. We then log this information into our customer order database.

We record every aspect of every shoe, this helps us look back and improve on past processes also if we have a problem we know where to look and how to avoid it happening again. To us this is important because we understand that if you have just paid and received your shoes, you expect them to be perfect. If they are not then you would want answers and solutions straight away.

These records also make one other thing possible for RBC that no other company in the world as far as we know has been able to achieve. That is that after you receive the first pair, every pair after that just becomes better and more customized because you begin to know the shoes and are able to tell us what you like and what might need to be tweaked for the next pair. We can alter these aspects on the next pair of shoes without a problem because we just go back to your file, look at the past information and make the necessary modifications on the new shoes.

We consider our interactions with our athletes the same as your family doctor getting to know his patients. The more we see and talk to you the more we understand your wants and needs.

We believe that cyclists and skaters alike should stay with one manufacturer as long as that manufacturer is working to make you the best equipment possible, and make it stronger, lighter, better fitting with every pair. Also the manufacturer should be open to making small tweaks after they are made, if needed.

If that manufacturer stops working with you and just sends you the same shoes as the next athlete, then it is time to change. To be a world class athlete you not only need the best coaches and support staff but also the best equipment.
