RBC Sport is sometimes criticised for pushing the boundaries of what is excepted within our industry. We never accept that our products are good enough,which is why we are always searching for the next material or process that will separate us even further from the rest of the field.

We are constantly updating designs and innovating ideas that may ultimately change the way we look at improving a product for a particular sport.

Clint Jensen was the first to place a torsion bar in a short track boot back in the mid 90's, giving the boots greater torsional rigidity, which since then has been copied by so many, and nearly all of whom claimed to be the first.

RBC Sport moved away from wet layup carbon within a few years of starting the business, choosing to use a more sophisticated vacuum forming of prepreg composites process, This has enabled us to predict weights, strengths and even duplicate exact shoes something that is very rare in our industry.

Clint Jensen the creator of RBC consults closely with a composites aeronautical engineer, podiatrist, bio-mechanist and orthopaedic footwear specialist to help him design and develop his new concepts.

We work closely with top level athletes as well as those that just want great fitting shoes to understand their needs, and develop new and exciting products.
