WHY CHOOSE RBC CUSTOM BOOTS?

We hope the front page of the RBC site gives you some idea.

"EXTENDING FAR BEYOND THE NORMAL AND DISTINGUISED FROM OTHERS BY A SPECIAL QUALITY"

This is not just a saying, at RBC we really mean it. Clint has dedicated a good part of almost 15 years in refining and initiating some of the largest improvements in skates the world has seen. He continues to to the same thing today, with many of the large companies around the world waiting for his next innovation in skates so they can try and copy it. A prime example of this is the torsion introduced by Clint into RBC boots back in 1995 to which has changed and improved exponentially to today's Sleek Light and Modern "X Torsion" and "Tri Cell Torsion".

If you are new to RBC you may say no such and such did it first. Because RBC is only a small Company taking care of it skaters we have not chosen to advertise many of these innovations to the skating population. But finally RBC has the ability to make custom boots with the same quality for a larger number of skaters. Soon you should see the RBC logo popping up in all new places around the world.

7 Reasons why You Should choose RBC

  1. 25 years skating experience
  2. Distinguished personal service
  3. Long Time Orthopedic Background
  4. Total Customization to suit your needs
  5. Leading innovator in research and technology
  6. Innovative designs and Boot structures
  7. Only the highest quality materials used in every boot

The RBC Philosophy is.

RBC has grown a name in custom boots because we care about each pair of boots that leave our factory. No two pairs are the same. We understand that skaters are individuals in the way they want and need their boots made. With each order we ask a series of questions to find out exactly what they want and we record this in their file on our data base. When we make the boots we measure and record everything, also things like the carbon layers, the padding, mould alterations and much more. These are also placed into the file.

We record every aspect of every boot, this way if we have a problem we know where to look and how to avoid it happening again. To us this is important because we understand that if you have just paid and received your boots you expect them to be perfect. If they are not then you would want answers and solutions straight away.

These recordings also make 1 other thing possible for RBC that no other company in the world as far as we know has been able to achieve. That is that after the first pair of boots, every pair after that just becomes better and more customized to that skater. They begin to know the boots and are able to tell us what they like and what they might need changed next pair. We can alter these aspects on the next pair of boots without a problem because we just go back to that file, look at the old information and make the necessary modifications on the new boots.

We consider our interactions with the skaters the same as your family doctor getting to know his patients. The more we see and talk to them the more we understand their needs.

We believe that skaters should stay with 1 manufacturer as long as that manufacturer is working to make you the best equipment possible, and make it stronger, lighter, better fitting with every pair. Also the manufacturer should be open to making small alterations to make the boots more comfortable after they are made, if needed.

If that manufacturer stops working with you and just sends you the same boots as the next skater then it is time to change. To be a top skater you need the not only the best coaches and support staff but also the best equipment. Clint Jensen has dedicated almost 15 years to make RBC skates the best in the world and we hope that you to will soon agree there is more to skates than just marketing hype.
